2. Data we process
We process the data you provide through the site's forms:
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone and your message.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, your cover text and the CV you attach.
- AI Radar: questionnaire answers, your work email and, if provided, name, company and phone.
- Browsing: technical and usage data via cookies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handle your contact request and send the information or quote requested. Basis: consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Manage your application in our recruitment processes. Basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Produce the AI Radar diagnosis and, if requested, contact you for a meeting. Basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Analyse site usage via analytics, only if you accept the relevant cookies. Basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Retention periods
We keep contact and AI Radar data while there is mutual interest or until you request its deletion. CVs and applications are kept during the selection process and for a maximum of one year, unless you consent to a longer period. Once the periods elapse, data is blocked and deleted as required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use providers acting as processors that offer adequate guarantees, including our web hosting provider (SiteGround) and, for analytics, Google Analytics (only with your consent).
6. International transfers
Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to support@avanze.net or to the postal address above, proving your identity. If you believe we have not properly handled your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security and minors
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is not directed at minors; we do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their legal guardians.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. Any changes will be published on this page.
